    ABOUT US: My name is Mary Vivian. I am the owner of the Okies Deals/MarJac Outlets Company.

    We are a home based business working with Merchants, wholesalers and dropshipping sites. I have over 200 suppliers that I place my orders with at this time.

    The Okies Deals company takes special pride in our customer service and the products that we sell. We have been successful in using suppliers since 2002. If for any reason a supplier does not live up to the standards we look for, these are dropped and I replace them as soon as I possibly can.

    Shipping:
    Most of the items listed will be shipped to only the lower USA. However some items I list from my online store, can be shipped to Canada and overseas .

    We can offer international shipping on some products and this will be plainly stated in the description of each product or in case of human error, please send us an email.

    Policies:
    Please check each listing for the return/refund info. Almost every supplier will request an RMA be used to return any item for any reason. These vary greatly since I use different suppliers for all the products offered to you. We do offer replacements on any item that is received damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

    Tax Information:
    If a supplier insist that taxes be paid for certain states, I will do my best to see these are noted in the listings. Right now the only items that I have that need to have the taxes paid are the Hepa Replacement Filters, for the state of New York.
